Soft Double Chocolate Cookies that can either be gluten free or gluten filled!

Double Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups flour (gluten free flour if you want to make them GF)
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix all the ingredients together except the chocolate chips. Once well combined add chocolate chips.
  • Form cookies on cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
